PDFWix preserves internal bookmarks and hyperlinks when reordering pages. If a bookmark pointed to page 5 and you move that page to position 3, the bookmark updates to point to the new position. However, if you delete a page that a bookmark referenced, that bookmark is removed. Cross-document links to external URLs are never affected by page reordering.
