Why rotating PDFs on Android is harder than it should be

Most Android users assume rotating a PDF page is a one-click operation. It isn't. Built-in viewers usually rotate only the on-screen display — close and reopen the file and the rotation is gone. To make rotation stick you have to re-save the PDF, which most Android viewers can't do.

Native Android method (and its limits)

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't Android's built-in PDF viewer save rotation permanently?
