Is Redact PDF safe for FOIA disclosure?

Yes. Text and image data are stripped from the PDF stream — copy-paste cannot recover redacted content. Pair with Compare PDF to verify the release matches the original except for intended redactions.

Does PDFWix support PDF/A archiving?

Yes. PDF to PDF/A converts working documents to the format required for many records-retention rules. The conversion preserves text, layout and embedded fonts.

Is browser-side processing acceptable for government use?
